The news about a 4 year old child stranded in Malabar Express was seen in "Mathrubhumi" , a malayalam daily. He tells that he studies in UKG at Sarada Niketan school, but the exact location he doesn't know. His father's name is Basheer and mother's name is Gulzar. He seems to have boarded from a station somewhere between Managalore and Kasargode. He has been sent with "Childline " helpers in Kannur by the Railway Police. കണ്ണൂര്:വീടും നാടും ഭാഷയുമറിയാത്ത നാലുവയസ്സുകാരന് വഴിതെറ്റി കണ്ണൂര് റെയില്വേ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെത്തി. മംഗലാപുരത്തുനിന്ന് ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകീട്ട് 6.30ന് പുറപ്പെട്ട മലബാര് എക്സ്പ്രസ്സിലാണ് കുട്ടി കണ്ണൂരിലെത്തിയത്. തീവണ്ടിയില് ഒറ്റയ്ക്കിരുന്ന് കരയുന്ന നിലയില് കണ്ട കുട്ടിയെ യാത്രക്കാരാണ് കണ്ണൂര് റെയില്വേ എസ്.ഐ. വി.പവിത്രനെ ഏല്പിച്ചത്. മലയാളം നന്നായി സംസാരിക്കാനറിയാത്ത കുട്ടി പേര് പറഞ്ഞത് റസൂല് എന്നാണ്. അച്ഛന്റെ പേര് ബഷീര് എന്നാണെന്നും അമ്മ ഗുല്ജാര് ആണെന്നും പറയുന്ന കുട്ടി താന് ശാരദാ നികേതന് സ്കൂളില് യു.കെ.ജി. വിദ്യാര്ഥിയാണെന്നും പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്, വീട് എവിടെയാണെന്നോ എവിടെനിന്നാണ് തീവണ്ടിയില് കയറിയതെന്നോ കുട്ടിക്കറിയില്ല.
മംഗലാപുരത്തിനും കാസര്കോടിനും ഇടയിലുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും സ്റ്റേഷനില്നിന്നാവും കുട്ടി തീവണ്ടിയില് കയറിയതെന്ന് സംശയിക്കുന്നു. റെയില്വേ പോലീസ് കുട്ടിയെ കണ്ണൂരിലുള്ള ചൈല്ഡ് ലൈന് പ്രവര്ത്തകരെ ഏല്പിച്ചു. വ്യാഴാഴ്ച ചൈല്ഡ് ലൈന് കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്മാന്റെ മുന്നില് കുട്ടിയെ ഹാജരാക്കിയതിനുശേഷം തലശ്ശേരി ചില്ഡ്രന്സ് ഹോമിലേക്കയക്കും.
